The story behind i BAKE it
My intention is to provide authentic homemade baking using the best wholesome ingredients to honour classic tradition. Whether creating gift boxes to be shared by friends and family or a treat for self-indulgence, quality is my non-compromising obligation.
I have been baking along side my mom since I was a very young girl. I've always enjoyed the fact that you can put a handful of ingredients together and the result can be a mouthwatering creation. My pride has been in making homemade treats for my family for over three decades and knowing that they are consuming handmade goodness.
My basic biscotti recipe was originally handed down from my mother-in-law who trusted that I would carry on her Italian family tradition. The result has been overwhelmingly enjoyed by all. After much encouragement and support from my family i BAKE it was created.
All biscotti are handmade by me to ensure the best quality. I measure, mix, shape, bake, cut and then bake them a second time. Some are then hand dipped, drizzled in chocolate topped with almonds and some remain a bit more traditional with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
i BAKE it uses only premium, quality ingredients with no preservatives or artificial flavours and bakes in small batches. Individually sealing all biscotti preserves freshness and flavour. Various sizes and packaging options allow every customer to choose a personal favourite.

We have sourced local Farm Fresh Eggs. The hens are humanely raised in "Roam Free Colony Condo Housing" for their absolute best protection. The environment is clean and litter free and
with no use of antibiotics.

Cocoa butter is the fat in the cacao bean that gives chocolate its unique feel and stable properties. To be considered "real chocolate", chocolate must contain cocoa butter and no other fat. Cocoa butter is the reason that you have to "temper" real chocolate.
